When you change it you also want to replace the CAS O-ring since it's right there and probably leaking too.
Starting it with that little bit of oil running into the cylinder shouldn't hurt anything. It's not like you can suck it out of there. Or you can take a cash advance here https://maybeloan.com/cash-advance and buy new
