Under passenger side dash there is a door that opens when the A/C is on max,of course it closes when not on max ,but when it is closed and you start the truck or turn it off it starts pecking any ideas on what the trouble is. Thanks in advance

When you touch the door it feels like something is hitting it. how much trouble is this to fix?
