Default RC 3.5" Lift Advice

I recently purchased a 3.5" lift kit from Rough Country for my 2011 Silverado LS 4.8 L. I talked to someone from RC and they said I don't need the wheel spacers since I'm not running stock tires. I have BF Goodrich All Terrain TKOs 285/70/17. The guy at the garage told me that I'm probably going to need the wheel spacers. I'd rather not spend the money on them after buying the whole kit but if I do need them I will. Does anyone have any advice? Here's my truck now, I'll be sure to post pictures after the lift. It's a little dirty in the two pictures but hey, what's the point of having a truck if you don't take it off road once in a while? As for the other two vehicles in the picture, they're my roommate's vehicles, I ended up rescuing the D*dge after he flooded his truck in a hole. Thanks in advance for the help.
