Just bought a new body style20072500HD LTZ Crew Cab and noticed the rear door locks will not lock/unlock with the driver/passenger controls or with the keyless entry. I have to lock/unlock them by hand. It is obviously still under warranty and I can take it in butI wanted to see if there may be somethingI could try first. I checked all the fuses and the Driver Information Center options.These were all OK. Any suggestions before I take it in? Thanks.

 

Check page 127 of your owners manual. I think that addresses your question.

 

I tried changing the safety locks all sorts of ways. Still nothing. Any other suggestions? Could a "relay" or "swith" be out? Thanks.

 

I have the extended cab, and was having that kind of problem with the rear windows. Found a switch on the drivers side arm rest that turns them on and off. When off you can only lower them from the drivers seat. I thought that was the kind of problem you were having.

 

The onlyswitches I seearethe window lockout switch, up/down window switches, lock/unlock switch for doors,and mirror switches. Is there another one? Thanks.

 

I was talking about the window lockout switch. I thought at first something was wrong with the switches on the rear doors till I found that switch.
Just in front of the lock switch. Sounds like you have pretty well looked it over.

 

Ya, I think I've tried everything. I guess I'll have to get it fixed when I pick my plates up. Thanks for trying.
