ya no go on the picture. its dark out the flash is to much and stuff.. i did however find the code GT4.

Werd... 3.73s sounds bout right for your truck. When yuo go searching for an axle, make sure you get 3.73s. You may luck out and find a SF 14bolt with 3.73s.

okay so what do i ask for when i go to the junk yard? not to sound dumb, i just have no help ( other than this group of awesome guys!!)or big dollars to go to a garage... thanks

i would like to get a 3/4 ton rear axle if possible. because i think the 33 swampers aint any help to that axle.. i had 3:73 (dana 35)on my jeep and it couldnt handle 33s

hit up local wreck yards, should be able to find one. maybe craigslist too.

can i use any chevy rear end? as long as its six lug and disc brakes? basiccly will my driveshaft hook to pretty much any rear axle?

Your driveshaft should be fine for any 10 bolt half ton rearend, I dont' think it'll be the same from a 3/4 ton.
