Default rear end problem?

Every time come to a complete stop something in my rear end feels like it is shifting...I don't know exactly what it is but i've talked to my friends dad's who owns a shop and he said it was the rear end. But my uncle who works on cars and trucks all the time said it sounded like it was my wheel bearings..any help would be appreciated!

do you hear any sound or is it strictly a movement feel?

many of the GM trucks and Tahoe's get a clanking sound when the spline shaft into the tranny gets dry....
you will hear it when you come to a full stop and when you let off the brakes after the full stop almost feels like someone bumps into you...

there is a special lube that is applied to the spline shaft the portion that goes into the tail stock of the transmission. Yes it is bathed in trans fluid but the fluid is not lubricating in this since.
You can have most tranny shops do it or get the lube yourself and drop the shaft and put the lube on...

IMPORTANT: you can not use just any kind of lube as it does mix with the transmission fluid and that is a hydraulic fluid, so a special lubricate that is compatible has to be used.
