I was driving today and I felt a very slight vibration. I slowed down, listen and could hear a whiny sound around 35mph. I also noticed when pulled into yard the drivers rear tire when turning to left wanted to spin. Almost like a locker was installed but isn't. I lifted up, wobbled tire and wheel bearing feels find. Any ideas? Thanks
