When I turn the steering wheel on my 95 Chev silverado it kind of moans or groans at me, the noise is not direction specific does whether turn wheel left or right, I think it is the pump but I'm not sure. Can anybody either point me to the correct thread, confirm or deny that it is the pwr steering pump.

Thank you, I had been checking the fluid level recently and thought it was okay, but maybe not. I have recently replaced the steering box so maybe it has pushed some more air through. Thanks I'll check it out tonight.
