I have a 1998 Chevy Z71 pickup with a 5.7. I recently had the Spider injection replaced. Since then I am noticing a shudder or miss at cruising speed that last for a second, no codes. Below are the things that has been done since the issue started.

IAC valve replaced
New wires and plugs.
The whole distributor replaced

What else should I check?
