Default Stirring wheel wobble when driving

Just bought a 99 1500 z71 and when I drive the steering wheel wobbles but when I let go of the stirring wheel, it continues to wobble but doesn't drift either side (stays straight but still wobbles). Does it at slow and faster speeds. Any ideas?

Does it do it at certain speeds or all the time? It could be tie rods. I would get under truck and check everything

I agree with Tech 2, rotate your tires. See if it goes away or if you feel it in the seat.

Yes it does it at all speeds. I heard if you have Big O Tires you get a free balance. Is that true even if you are not the one who purchased the tires?
