a 4.3 is a 305 with two cylenders cut off so allmost evearything should bolt right up you would need longer rad hoses and also a deeper fan swroud not sure about the motor mounts but it should be a fairly east job. hope this helps

A 4.3 is a 5.7 with 2 cylinders cut off. Not a 5.0.
350 cubic inch divided by 8 cylinders is 43.75 cubic inch per cylinder. 43.75 cubic inch times 6 cyclinder is 262.5 cubic inch, which is exactly what a 4.3l is.
I know what's needed for a 4.3 to 5.7, but to a 5.0 I do not. But I know you are going to need at LEAST the radiator, electric fans, the ECM or the ECM retuned with a 5.0 tune. The 5.0 wiring harness or modify the 5.0 wiring harness. And motor mounts.
