Default trailer wiring on 2000

Bought a Husky Excusion brake controller and the adaptor. I have hooked up into the box under dash but now i'm looking for the correct way to hook up the plugsin the fuse panel under hood. I was told there will be a red and a blue wire under fuse box and so there is. The red wire has a post connector on it and the blue wire has a plug in connector, but i am not sure as to the correct hook up and what else i may have to do. If anyone could help me i will have alot more hair after this.
