first, welcome to our forum, glad ta have ya!!
yes, a t350 will go into the 95, BUT it's not a 100% straight swap. i believe the spline count on the tailshaft is different, but using the yoke with an adapter ujoint would solve that. also, the driveshaft might end up being a different length, probably gonna need to be a little longer, as the 350 is a little shorter than the 4l60e's. also, the speedometer on the 95 is electronic, where the 350 isn't, so you may run into no speedo. tranny mount may need to be relocated/modified as well. the t350 will bolt right to the motor tho.

I think maxxmans got u covered, i just wanted to add that i believe ive seen an adapter that converts the old mechanical spedo to elec. right at the transmission where the spedo cable goes
