transmission problems

transmission problems
This is the 2nd time i rebuild my transmission/blew up 2nd and 3rd gear the first time, now 3rd and 4th. What the hell. Do I really have a heavy foot, or the 4l60e trans sucks for bolt on powers. I have a couple of bolt on performance parts.
