Chevy Aveo/Sonic 2013 Locked

Hi... i need help for my radio GM.
radio said "locked" how can fix it? Help 😭

Pretty sure you will need a code to unlock this radio.

How to unlock? I try to press number 2 and 3 for 10 seconds but still locked screen..
