Default Chevrolet Aveo 2013 T300 won't start

I need some advice (I hope I am in the right forum section). After changing the oil filter, the car does not start. The starter works, the engine is trying to catch, but runs irregularly and then stops. Could you advise me what the problem is? The oil in the car is new and optimal volume as well. Candles are new and OK. I have a fault code 128 in the info panel, but I don't know if it has anything to do with it, it has something to do with cooling: https://www.700r4transmissionhq.com/p0128-chevy-aveo/

Any help much appreciated.

The full information on an OBD II P0128 code are:

Engine coolant temperature sensor harness is open or shorted

@oilcanhenry Thank you. Can you tell me if these issues can cause this strange engine behaviour? I want to find out if P0128 is the cause of this or not.

It is possible but my guess is that your motor should run even with a P0128 code on. Perhaps something came loose during the oil change or it was simply a case of unfortunate timing? A bad 02 sensor perhaps, but that would allow for a different OBD II code, should that be the case.
