I took my 2021 Silverado to the dealership for a problem I am having with it. I paid for the extended warranty. I was told that I would have to leave it for 3 to 4 days to get a diagnosis. They would not give me a loaner until repairs were authorized. What good is the extended warranty if you have to go through this kind of problem. I can't go 4 days without a vehicle. They are so busy and this is why they are so far behind. Is this a sign that Chevrolet vehicles are having so many problems that the dealerships are overloaded.

 

I think more a sign they don't give a rip about taking care of their clients. Maybe try another dealer or have a certified mechanic do the warranty work??
