2002 Suburban 2500 LT 8.1L

I noticed the steering felt odd when turning the other day, almost like a shimmy. I only noticed it when making hard turns, either left or right. My wife called and said she finally noticed it as well and she said it is really noticeable now.

Any ideas? Bearing going out?

I don’t notice it at all when traveling at highway speeds or around gentle curves. Mainly when turning on to a cross street or the like.

Any tips are greatly appreciated. I plan to jack it up tonight and see if anything feels loose in the steering.

 

4WD was engaged....
