Default 03 suburban ac problem

I have the 2003 suburban and ac seems to work fine while driving but at idle blows warm. But blows cold in the backseat all the time either idle or driving. Any idea what to do to fix this problem?

I'd check and likely replace the fan clutch, these go bad, and your warmer air at idle is likely due to lack of air flow over the AC condenser.

If your 2003 has the electric radiator/condenser fans like my 2005 Yukon did, then these all need to be operational; similar lack of air flow.

Investigate this BEFORE anyone monkeys with refrigerant level, which can only be monitored by recovering and weighing. Do NOT attempt to add a can of R134a, and ABSOLUTELY NEVER add any sealer or refrigerant containing sealer or stop-leak.
