My 04 suburban front wheels locked and abs ,stability control light on and engined slowed down in limp mode ,Is this a sign of bad wheel sensors or what?

It could be, have any codes be set?
You could try re-seating the wheel sensor connections, might also want to check your battery connections for corrosion and tight fit esp the ground cable...
Disconnecting the battery will clear any codes you have so check them first...
