I have a 07 Suburban I recently just bought from a private seller. My engine bay looks super clean. It’s got 113,928 miles. It ran fine for a roughly a week. I took it on the Bypass and got it up to 70mph. Was on the bypass for about 15min and then got off. As I slowed to a stop to merge into oncoming traffic it was shaking and then threw my check engine light with Service stabilatrack and traction control. It shifted from 1st to 2nd pretty rough and then ran and idled fine, eventually after 5-10 min it all went away from my dash. Today on my way to work same thing. Hopped on bypass to work. 15 min ride about 70-75mph and got off. About a minute after I got off I got to a stop light. When I stopped waiting to turn my truck just completely shut off.. turned the key off and turned it over just fine. But no check engine light or stabilatrack. About 5 min later I pulled into work and put it in park. It then proceeded to idle rough a couple secs into being in park and then it threw my Service Stabilatrack but it didn’t turn my check engine light on. Plz any help is appreciated as this is my daily driver and I put my children in this vehicle. Just replaced spark plugs as they were all burnt. all my wires to the coil packs look brand new. Coil packs look good too???

 

anytime you get a check engine , stabilitrak, ABS, etc. light on the dash, you need to run a diagnostic scan to find out what is causing it. Just swing by an Autozone.
