Hi. I am looking for some technical specifications on the bulbs in my 07 Tahoe LTZ. What bulbs does it have for the low beams, high beams, fog lamps, marker lamps, turn signals, brake lamps, and reverse lights? I would like to replace these with aftermarket bulbs and do not want to go HID. Any help would be very appreciated!

 

Hey Scott,
On the front platic cover to your headlight it says the size of the bulb in little raised letters, H11 - Low Beam and HB3 for the bulb next to it.
Not sure on the others though,

Hi. So the low beams lamps are H11 and the high beams lamps are HB3?

 

Low Beams = H11
High Beams = HB3 (9005)
Daytime running lights/parking lights = 3157
Fog Lamp = 880

Also, is there a difference between HB3 and 9005? I see both in catalogs.

 

3157 are white, but a lot of people are installing ambers. These are the lights that stay on all the time.

9005 and HB3 are the same. You may as well order the HB3 P/N from wherver you are looking.

Look in the manual also, some of the bulbs are listed in there (rears)
