Pics would be nice. First I'd replace the tubing chewed up by the vermin. While doing that, look for any restriction keeping the water from draining out.

 

The first picture is of the inside. The lower black case is where the water is coming from(where it meets the firewall). The other two pictures are of the chewed up piece protruding out of the firewall on the engine side. I took them from the bottom shooting up. The water is coming out of the chewed up piece of plastic but it goes back into the cab through the "foam" insulation around the plastic. Do I have to change the whole lower black plastic case to fix this chewed up piece?

 

Like I said previously, I'd replace the tubing first.

 

I'm trying to ask you if the tubing is part of the lower evaporator case. Is it one solid, molded piece. If it is, I will have to change the whole lower case. Right?

 

I think you could probably just add a piece of tubing to that portion with a plastic ****** fitting.
What could be happening is the tube is angled and short that when you are driving air currents are driving the liquid back up the tube...

I'd extend the tube with something for now and see if the problem is resolved and if so you can replace it with OEM at a later date...

 

I have no idea as to why the forum blanked out my use of "******" fitting...

I think that I got the leak fixed. I ordered a new lower case piece(the big black piece inside the cab) and brought it to lowe's to use it as a guide to find the right size piece of tubing. I found a piece tubing that fit snug in the water outlet hole. I got home and coated it with silicone and pushed the tubing in the hole. Let it sit for a couple hours to dry and it seemed to have fixed the problem. It's been a week with no leaks yet. I'll post pics later. Thanks for the help.
