'07 Tahoe Hood Dents
#11
RE: '07 Tahoe Hood Dents
we close hoods all day long:
Here's what works for us on the 07's:
1. Bring hood down and let it rest on top of latch for 5-10 seconds.
2. Raise hood up about 6-10 incheswith hands located on the front side of hood. We usually have ourhands in a thumbs up position with the thumbs located on the front of the hood and the lower front lip of the hoodresting atop of the index fingers.
3. Now when bringing hood down with medium to moderate force, roll your wrist downwards to avoid closing them in-between grill and hood, and finish the closing with your thumbs. Step 2 and 3 should be done in a nice easy rhythem similar to shaking or popping a towel.
Works everytime no DENTS
