Default 09' 2500 Suburban Tires

I am having a lot of vibration after changing my tires and looking for ideas. I have the factory 2500 wheels, and the original OEM tires were Bridgestone Duravis M700 265/70R17 (E). I was talked into replacing them with the Michelin LTX M/S2 265/70R17 (E). I have had a full alignment done and all is in spec. They have re-balanced the wheels 3 times now - 1 time on the road balance machine to balance under load. They are inflated to factory spec. They have verified that they are using the right weights for the wheel. I still have a ton of shaking in the seat (the passenger seat, seatbelt, etc. you can see vibrating extensively). I noticed the new tires are only 48lbs each (vs 54 lbs for the old ones), and the width of the new ones are 10.7" (vs 11.1" for the old ones). The car never shook for 65K miles before this and only started the day after I changed tires. What else could be causing this? Thanks in advance for the ideas. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

When did you get the tires? Michelin had a do not sell order for tires made mid 2012 to mid 2013 or so. I had 1 tire fit the date code but they replaced all 4 because of the mileage difference.
I don't know if it affects the issue but it might be a start.

Out of round tire(s), sidewall bubble, flat spot, belt shifted, but all unlikely since Michelin.

Have them road force balanced.

3-4 weeks ago - have to look at the "do not sell" issue - public notice or dealer notice?

it was a dealer notice. fyi about out of round Michelin

of the four original Michelin tires, one was out of round, the replaced tire was the one in the recall. so problems do come up..

When does it vibrate? Above certain speeds? In a range of speeds? Only while stepping on accelerator? While braking?

It is possible weights came off. The person using the machine had no idea what they were doing. The machine had not been calibrated in a while.

What were the roadforce numbers? At my shop we match mount anything over 15 regardless if it is on a car truck or van. We give a print out of before and after numbers with every job (balance and road force). All of the roadforce machines have printers.
