Default 1995 suburban 4l60 hard 1-2 up shift

Hey guys! First post here!
Im having issues. I recently bought a 1995 suburban and it’s in good shape! The only thing wrong with it is the 1-2 shift. Runs good drives good but the 1-2 shift is extremely delayed and shifts very hard. I have read on other forums that it’s more than like the 1-2 accumulator and springs. I’m going to be replacing the old plastic one (I’m sure it still has the original) with an aluminum this weekend. Does anyone have the link to buy the right accumulator kit online that is metal instead of plastic? Also how many springs should be in my transmission if it’s a 95? Any other thoughts or ideas as to what could be causing this?
im going to try replacing the mad and tps after work today. It’s not showing a check engine light but I hear those could be culprits? Thanks for reading and for any help!

Default 1-2 shift

How did you make out? I am having the same issue with a 2010 Silverado and only 1-2 shift. I read probably all the same things you did about the accumulators and ordered the Sonnex “fix” and am hopping that’s it. Also if I use the stalk and start in 2nd then shift manually I have no issues. Anyway curious on how you made out.
