do you mean the order they go back in? or the order they fire in?
the order they fire in is the same at the plug firing order...
I believe they go back in pretty much in line, here is a picture from my 97 Tahoe 5.7 injector replacement and the bends pretty much conform with location.. I'll try and look thru my factory manual as I think I have some of those pages book marked

The meter body is numbered. Look closely.
