1997 suburban rear end question

I have a 1997 suburban and I want to upgrade the rear brakes to disc. Instead of of a conversion kit I am wondering if there is a later model rear end that had factory disc brakes that can be easily swapped out?

When they went to discs in the rear, they also went to coil springs.
