At times it will not crank . Turn the key and nothing . Check the fuses and all are good . Check for power on ignition fuse in dash side panel with key in on position with a test light and the truck cranks as soon as touched with test light ? Any one ran into this before ?

 

Could be the switch or a crank relay. Try swapping relays first. There are other relays the same size in the fuse box.
