Default 1998 BURB plug wires

I bought a set of plug wires.
2 long wires equal size
2 wires slightly shorter equal size
2 wires slightly shorter equal size
The next pair of wires were the shortest of all BUT they are not equal. One is 2 inches shorter than the other

Question ////Does this sound right?
I have not started to change out the wires yet.
I am wondering if a shorter wire has been swapped to this set that I bought
The longer of the two short wires is ok and will reach the connections, but I am not sure about the shorter wire.

I hate to get all greasy and find the wire is not long enough to fit.

The short wires go at the back of the engine and the distance to each plug LOOKS the same but is hard to measuire.

Should I go ahead and remove a back wire and compare it to the shortest one in the set that I bought?

OR........is it a mistake in the set that the pair of short wires are not the same length?

Yeah I'd compare the short ones. They'll likely fit fine. No reason to do a job twice however.

I'd remove the seven and eight wire and see which one of those is longer and use that as a guide.
