1998 tahoe wont start ..
I have a 1998 Tahoe 2dr 4X4 (140tho miles), It doesn't want to start after sitting for about 2 weeks. I have checked the fuel system and everything seems fine. 63psi when you turn on the key, 65psi when cranking. I have a code reader and have checked for codes but the ECU is not displaying any codes the system gets a "passed" signal on the reader.
I sprayed ether in the throttle body just to make sure it wasn't flooded or something strange. It doesn't appear at have spark.
The motor is fairly new with about 15,000 on it (gm rebuild) So I know the compression is good and it cranks over well so I know the battery is charged.
I guess my question is where should I go from here? I can test things with a multi-gauge and am pretty confident at working on this motor. How do I test the ignition module and the crank pos censor?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
