Default 1999 7.4 problems

Hello all I have a 1999 suburban with the 7.4L it has set all summer I started it about two weeks ago and put plow on ran ok. Today it did not won't to start as it cranked over it would turn over four or five times then pop and stop cranking like to much pressure. let off key and it will crank again. finally it started ran for maybe ten minutes but kept lunging and very rough then at ideal it was lunging and died now wont start. I checked fuel pressure at fuel rail 61psi. sounds like out of time or something when cranking over. I could really use any help I just flat cannot afford to take it in. there is no check engine light on but will scan for codes in little while just waiting for a guy to stop and let me use his scanner.

Welcome to the forum.

Keep us informed as to how long term the "erase codes" fix works.
