Default 1999 Chevy Tahoe lowering shocks

I have a lowered 1999 chevy tahoe in desperate need of new shocks in the rear. Thats about all I know. What brand should I go with and do I just measure eye to eye and get that size just since its been lowered? I attached an image of the truck if that helps any.
Thanks,
Cole
