Smile 1999 Suburban 4WD Wheel Offset question

Hi all! I am getting new wheels after 2 of my Weld Evo's cracked on me and am thinking about running 2 different offsets front and back so that the front tires don't appear to stick out so far. Are there any downsides to doing this besides not being able to rotate? It is a 4wd 5.7 4L-60E with 373's corp.14-bolt rear w/Auburn

I normally run 275/55/20 on the front and 305/50/20 on the rear with a +22 offset and they seem to track and handle perfectly. I'm looking to do something like a +30 on the front with a +18 on the rear (or maybe even a -12 on the rear with 275's on all 4).

Thanks!
