1999 suburban abs module
my best guess:
assume you are referring to the EBCM and BPMV
lots of variables.
1- 99 is a model year change 99 old body style vs 99 new bodystyle. different build configurations 99 early is uart. 99later is class2 .
2- did the vehicle it came out of have the exact same build options and tire size? if yes, the only thing programming will change is the vin in the module to match your vehicle.
if the build options are different you should get programming and this is done by a gm dealer.
programming charge is usually 1 hour. this assumes the new used part is installed right, fixed the problem, is the correct part and programming goes as planned. .
