I have a 1999 tahoe with 130k for miles it started one day then 5 hours later j went to start it and it hasn't started sense it acts like it wants to start it seems likes it's not getting fuel I put a paper clip on the fuel pump relay to test the pump and it's loud so I think it works any guesses on what my problem is my other tahoe just explodes with coolant so I need my 99 fixed

 

Need to check the fuel pressure. Just because pump sounds like it runs it may not be pumping.
When is the last time the fuel filter was replaced? That's a real common neglected item that causes issues and shortens pump life.

 

how do I test the pressure with at home tools

 

Might be able to borrow a tester from a local big box store that loans tools out.
Big thing is how old it that fuel filter??? They are supposed to be changed every 30k miles.
