1999 Tahoe won't start

Help,noticed problems this week,hard to start,some backfiring at startup.
Took 30 minutes yesterday to finally start,limped home.Tried to restart at home,hesitated and died.Put fuel regulator on today didn't help.60 psi at fuel bleed port.

Is fuel getting to the engine? Possible fuel pump going out.

When was the last tune up could be a bad distributor cap they are prone for going bad and causing alot of problems.

99' I'd ask also when the last tune up was, also are you seeing any codes set..
