2 weeks old, Help
hello all, I bought the 2008 Suburban Lt 2 weeks ago. Driving home last night in a good rain storm, all sorts of things happened.
Check engine light came on, Stabilitrack llight came on, and said it was off, traction control light came on and then said off, engine reduced power message came on. Barely got the truck off the road. then it would not start. 25 minutes later it would start with all the warning lights, and it felt like i was driving in 4wd, and only able to go 28 MPH
Today, sunny and everything is fine, HELP

Did you buy the vehicle with the Certified Used Vehicle program or did you purchase the vehicle from a private party? Thank you for your time.

GM 'Quality' strikes again! my bought new 09 has been to the dealer more times than anywhere else I'd like to go... I'll keep it till the wheels fall off, but next time, it's Toyota or Lexus for me...

Bought it at dealer. Took it in yesterday. Said it was some coorosion on the main electrical block on the firewall. Cleaned it and said it should be ok. We will see. It id scheduled to rain again. Any thoughts

Any ideas from the chevy people as to what this may be, i was told it could be a wheel sensor, but the tech said the codes referred to the electrical connection on the fire wall. there were a lot of codes that came up when he plugged in his machine

yep, it is YOUR FAULT.
You drove the truck through a flooded street and got water in the wiring harness.
That happened alot when I lived in Florida and worked at a Dodge shop. All the time, they would drive those Rams through Flooded streets and then come in with all the dash lights on. D/C the battery, open up the connection, blow air in it and pack dielectric grease in the harness, good as new.
