I watched a video on removing the 2nd row seating and noticed there are bolt lugs left sticking up out of the floor after the seat was removed. Any way these lugs can be removed so the floor can be used as a flat service? Do all suburbans of this generation have bolts like this? Thanks

 

Are these studs sticking up from the frame? Such may need to be cut off.

 

That's what I don't know I don't have the vehicle with me
