Service 4WD message was on and 4WD not working. Took to dealership to have the oil changed and check 4WD system, they said I need a new encoder motor. Picked up vehicle from dealer and message was off and 4WD working. 2 months later went to car wash, driving away about 2 blocks it went into neutral. I can shift and it feels like it is going into gear, based on the sound of the motor idle, but will not move, and the service 4WD light came back on after 2 months of being off. I did not wash under vehicle, so I do not believe anything got wet.
