I had to have my Tahoe re-keyed a few years back and they were not able to reactivate my keyless fob. I have been using key to manually unlock door, now when I do it the horn beeps until I start the tahoe. Is there anything I can do myself to fix this?

 

There's no fix since you're triggering the content theft alarm. If you don't care for the alarm, you can lock the door manually, i.e., without using the power door lock switch.
