Default 2001 Suburban Power outlets

Need a little help here...

bought this suburban a week ago, and getting started to fix the "little" things I found wrong, like no power to the outlets, and no Horn. Replaced fuse since it was blown but still no power, pulled the face to check power to wires, only to NOT HAVE ANY WIRING HARNESS VISIBLE!!! Can anyone point me where these wires start around? Don't want to pull apart the dash farther than necessary to find them. Is there a secondary harness that could be missing? I see a small 4-pin connector behind and under the HVAC controls... Photos below.

Following up to this, is this even a stock 2001 center console? Every console I find that is in a 2001 looks like it has an extension, not the same design.

I did find some wiring that looks like it is stuck under that plastic portion, I will pull the center console to confirm if these are the correct connectors, but looks like I may need to find a different avenue for the rear power port and the radio in the back panel.

Any opinions?
