Default 2001 Tahoe Yaws al 65 mph

2001 Tahoe yaws or rocks at 65 or 70 mph.
Why does it do that?
I changed the rear shocks, the rear springs, all the rubber mounts on the stabilizers, the front end was also refurbished, and it still rocks at 65 or 70 mph. This happens when you go into a dip. It feels all wobbly.
Can anyone give me any sugetions?
Thank you.
