2002 5.7 vortec into a 1999 Sub

2002 5.7 vortec into a 1999 Sub
Had a bearing go out on the lower end of my 1999 Suburban with a 5.7 Vortec and found a 2002 5.7 vortec from a 2002 Express Van. I am pretty sure the blocks and head are the same. Anyone know if the intakes are? Just wondering if I should grab this motor or not. It only has 42k miles and they only want $650 for it.
