I have a 2003 Suburban 2500 with 209k miles. Doors lock and unlock with the driver door switch when the key is in the on position. When I turn the truck off the driver door switch panel does not lock and unlock the doors (nothing happens like it has no power).

Also, and most importantly, when I use the key fob to lock/unlock the doors, all but the driver door locks/unlocks.

I have replaced the fob batteries and reprogrammed (not it)
From what I can tell the previous owner replaced the switch panel with new.

Another weird symptom is the mirror functions with the (assumed) new switch panel are all wacky. I try moving the driver mirror with the square switch and the mirror acts like it wants to go down and left all by itself.
