Default 2003 Tahoe Driver Seat "Go Forward" Problem

Has anyone had the issue where the driver's seat won't move all the way forward and stops after just an inch or so ? It's like the motor works but it just stops before it gets too far forward. All the other directions seem to work fine. I know that the seat is not moving forward enough because the seat is very far from the pedals and my wife would never want to drive this if i can't get the seat to move forward more.

Please help. I'm pretty handy and will dissassemble this if someone can tell me where to look for the problem.

Thanks
