Default 2004 2WD Tahoe traction control system

Hi, I've recently found a nice Tahoe to buy and I will be watching it on Saturday. It is a 2004 4.8 2WD version and it makes me think if this truck has a traction control system or any other stability feature, like ESP or ASR? There is no button on the dash responsible for the TC, but maybe it just can't be switched off in this model. Traction control would be a nice feature, here where I live streets are sometimes snowy and icy during the winter. In 2001 Yukon, that I'm also interested in, there is a TCS button on the dash, but it is a pre-facelift model.

Regards,
MC
