Default 2006 Suburban Rear AC Issue

Hello! I’m having an issue with the rear ac in my 2006 Suburban. Here is my dilemma:

Rear AC blowing warm air.
Actuators and blower working correctly. Compressor and front AC and working correctly.
Rear lines hot to the touch.
Evacuated system and replaced orifice tube and expansion valve.
Recharged system.
Issue persists.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

you should have one cold line and one hot line at the txvalve at the rear evaporator. the small line should be hot...the larger line cold.
ru on the correct 2 lines ie not the rear heater core lines.

Thank you for checking. Yes, I’ve located the correct lines. The large line is now warm to the touch, whereas before, it was hot. I’m guessing there’s still some restriction in the line somewhere. Maybe a faulty part with the new expansion valve.

Did you recharge the system by weight of the 134 measuring the charge with a scale ?
