HELP !!!

I went to local dealer in NJ (pine belt chevrolet - Lakewood) with two burbs with same issue. Doorhandles are pealing off.
They only replaced for no charge on 2009 burb, but for 2007 burb wont do it for free !!!
What can i do ? I posted here before, that my wife is already cut her finger on it and i feel is dangerous for every one.

Where i have to call and speak, to make them replace ?

Thx

hmm, i did not asked I was sure, that they will do it with no charge. Now ... idk what to do. May be wait, that my wife or kids get cut again ... May be they fix that after that. Dud, idk. Am seriously pissed off.

My wife did cut her finger once already and i said OK, they will fix it, so no more worry, but looks like i was wrong.

I also have an '07 and am planning on taking it into my dealer this week to have them look at replacing the handles and our power folding driver mirror quit working.
my advisor said they "should" be able to take care of my door handles. so I will update

vrso2 and ousig2408, I think setting up cases for the two of you with our Customer Assistance team would help you in getting these handle issues resolved. ousig, if your dealer doesn't end up taking care of you please contact me back and I'll get you setup. vrso2, if you could send me your contact information I'd like to help you out with this. Thank you both for your time.

FYI I took the Tahoe in Saturday and they called me today that GM is going to replace our door handles for free. So that is good news indeed. I will update when I get it back

I will ask my dealer how they got mine taken care of when I pick it up today - he had to call GM Monday to get it approved so I will find out those details
