thats not the case at all you figure the tails where 300 each +150 for end caps +smoking of tail+wiring of tails
as far as the wiring all i know is that it was a bitch i will talk to my friend who did it tonight or just take some pics of the mod it took him about 2 hours to figure it out and i had them on my truck for about 2 days until i realized it was not the look i was looking for

This is what I've got into it (GMpartsdirect pricing) - all labor is my own:
Tails $450
Harnesses $50
Resistors $20
Converters $20
Applique'(s)$126
Paint work for Applique(s) $50
Total: $716 - probably a wash for the Euros as they are probably at least $50 more each for the additional row of LEDs so no end cost saving in exchange for the wiring mods

The Euro version of the Esky taillight looks nothing like what you showed. I was unable to cut and paste the pic so I have put a link up of the UK version of Esky.
